I have a 80w mopa fiber laser. I haven’t used it in the past 2 months and I fired it up today, its acting like it has no power.

I bought a 60w MOPA fiber laser from Richard near the end of last year. Some unexpected issues came up and I didn’t get to uncreate it until a month or so ago. When I opened everything up there were a couple pieces missing from my order. I emailed Richard and let him know. So much time had passed since i got it to when I was able to uncreate it, I emailed Richard if the prices were still them same for the missing pieces.
Richard could have said sorry but too much time had past and I would have it buy the missing pieces again.
Richard emailed me back and said that he would send me the 2 missing pieces and all I needed to do was pay the customs fee.
That is the type of person Richard is!
I just wanted to say thanks again to Richard and say what an amazing experience it has been working with him!!!
