50W JPT: So I usually start with 4k speed, 40 power, 45 freq, .022 line distance (fixed mopa) run 10 passes then engrave 2000 speed 80 power 45 freq, .02 line distance until desired depth usually between 20 and 120 passes then back to 4k setting then 2000 speed, 30 power, 100 freq, .02 line distance for a nice polish at base for black 330 speed, 30 power, 200 freq, .02 line distance, usually 3-6 passes for clean black all settings using autorotate at 31 degrees.

This reduces burr to almost nothing if you still have a burr scotch brite will remove.
